Well...Idk. Facial piercings are subconsciously known for social deviance. And it just doesn't look 'nice'. I went through tons of animes/mangas doing research and almost none (like 98%) had main characters with facial piercings; but it seems okay for other characters in the story.

I don't know...It just doesn't look nice for the main character to have one...for me.
